Well the sleepover was great...we did not wake until the choo choo train ringer on my phone went off and pulled us out of our slumber. Lopo wanted to take us out to a great Mexican breakfast but they were closed when we got there....1pm....oops! We got some grub then went to a coffee shop for a coffee drink I can not remember the name of but it was oh so yummy..3 shots, raw sugar and warm cream. Walked around Flag..loved it. I really like Flagstaff. Okay time to tell on myself...the girls are talking about how fun and appropriate it is that Lorin lives on Beaver street. Then I thought I heard Lorin say there was a 'Fern & Beaver' street. She and Chantannell laughed so I laughed along but in my mind I am why is that funny? Is it some inside youngster joke? I do not know. I went along with it and giggled ha ha ha so funny! Next morning I still do not get it until we arrived at the crossing....
Don't the girls look GRRREEEAAATT?
Thank you for your Hospitality my Sweet and I hope Hapy is doing well. After Flag it was time to go South to Sedona. Lopo suggested that we go through the Canyon..it takes a little time and is very curvy but worth the drive kind of like the road of life. AAAHHHH Sedona...need I say more? Chantannell was excited to show me some of the sites that are her favorite in this amazing and spiritual place. The Church built into the hill...very spiritual! We lit a candle together and said a little prayer for our journey!
and a little prayer that this maybe our new house..for free of course-
As we left town we caught the tail end of Sunset. It sets fast in the Desert!
Hit the Highway after this little stop and floored it to Phoenix to see and stay the night with Chantannell's college boyfriend - Ed. HHMMMMM says I being of the old school. She assures me Erik is cool with it.
cd - I feel very fortunate to have a secure relationship to allow such a stop. Edward's sister Cindy was at his house. He treated us to dinner at Garcia's and gave up his bed for us. Even after all of these years it doesn't seem like he has changed much.
The desert pics are BEAUTIFUL!
